All products purchased through rugsofhindustan.com are part of a final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders after the 24-hour cancellation window described below.
2. Order Cancellation
- Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of order placement.
- To cancel, email us at support@rugsofhindustan.com or use our website contact form. Include your order number and details.
- After 24 hours, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective. Provide photographic evidence.
- We reserve the right to inspect the item and may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
4. Exceptions
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
- We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers.
5. Refund Process
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the error is attributable to us.
